Tahoe Donner is a premier four-season property owner’s association nestled in the beautiful mountain scenery of Truckee. Established in 1970 with the first home built in 1972, Tahoe Donner encompasses approximately 6,000 acres. Squaw Valley, or Olympic Valley, was first eyed by Alexander Cushing in 1946. Three years later Cushing opened the Squaw Valley Development Company. Skiers would ride the world’s largest double chairlift, Squaw One.
