The Broker & Owner, Scott is a Bay-Area native who started coming to the Truckee / Lake Tahoe area more than 40 years ago as a young snow-ski enthusiast. His uncle was involved with the initial marketing of Northstar-at-Tahoe™ and built one of its first cabins. The years that followed included summer boating on Lake Tahoe and horse-camping near the Tahoe Rim Trail & Pacific Crest Trail.

Scott’s analytical and negotiating skills produce results. “In a real estate deal, every item in the transaction is an opportunity for negotiation, and everything that is communicated presents an opportunity to obtain leverage. I take full advantage of both to get the best price and terms for my clients, and the Testimonials I’ve received from them illustrates my effectiveness.”

Scott earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Business Economics. His business background includes prior CFO & CEO positions and he’s served as an Officer and Director for several community service organizations.

For recreation, Scott enjoys snow-skiing, fishing the local lakes & reservoirs, hiking to the top of our high mountain peaks, playing golf, and volunteering as a Search & Rescue Pilot for the Civil Air Patrol based at the Truckee Airport.

Lali Russell, Realtor Associate, is a Southern California native with a Bachelor’s Degree from Menlo College. Lali Russell has been a local full-time resident for many years.
