The Tahoe-Sierra Meadows Community Association is the official name for the Homeowners Association in the Sierra Meadows subdivision.
Sierra Meadows is located on Brockway Road (old Highway 267) about one mile south of Truckee. Their amenities include: a heated pool; tennis court; volleyball court; playground equipment; 400 square foot clubhouse; barbeques; picnic tables; and about an acre of park land.
Property use restrictions do apply in Sierra Meadows and are enforced by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and/or the Board of Directors.
Ponderosa Palisades is one of Truckee’s desirable neighborhoods due to its affordability and accessibility to downtown Truckee, the Truckee Airport, and Interstate 80.
Located just one mile from downtown Truckee off of Brockway Road (old Highway 267), Ponderosa Palisades is just 10 miles from Lake Tahoe, only one mile to Interstate 80, and just 30 miles to Reno.
The lots are from .25 to 1.7 acres. Many of the 400 homes are located in wooded areas, some with mountain views. The Palisades is a “family-friendly” neighborhood with a mix of primary homes, vacation homes and rental investments.
