Truckee / Tahoe Short-Sales on the Decline!

Below is a graph showing the number of short-sales listed on the market in the Truckee-Tahoe MLS, week-by-week for the past two years. The Short-Sales are shown on the graph from their Listing Date until either their Contract Date or Listing Expiration Date. The graph shows the peak of the Short-Sales in mid-July 2009, and then on the decline since then.
