Gray's
Crossing
Nestled in the rolling hills just off Interstate 80, Gray's Crossing is a new community located on approximately 757 acres in the picturesque Sierra town of Truckee.
Gray's Crossing is named after Joseph Gray, an entrepreneur, successful businessman and founder of Gray's Station, (and latter Coburn's Station) the town that would eventually become Truckee. Prosser Dam road, which runs through the property, was at one time part of the original trail system that crossed through the area.

Cottages will front on grassy commons and studio flats will be located above retail.
