Single family home transactions for both March 2019 and year-to-date were considerably less than 2018. The large difference between Median and Average Sale Prices is due to high priced sales in Martis Camp. Median Days on the Market for March 2019 was significantly higher than March 2018, most likely due to record snowfall.
