Single family home transactions for both June 2019 and year-to-date were less than 2018. The large difference between Median and Average Sale Prices is due to high priced sales in Martis Camp and a Tahoe Lakefront that sold for $37million. Median Days on the Market for June 2019 was significantly higher than June 2018, with record snowfall a contributing factor.
