A strong atmospheric river will impact the Truckee River Basin Friday evening and Saturday…with heavy rain in the eastern Sierra and western Nevada. Snow levels are expected to rise to over 10,000 feet during the period of heaviest precipitation. These river forecasts are based on forecast rainfall and temperature conditions at time of issuance.
