To achieve an ‘apples for apples’ comparison of Tahoe Donner single family home sales, we look at homes that were built between 2000-2010 and have 2,500-3,500 sq. ft. As can be seen in the chart above, the price-per-square-foot has continued to trend upward, with 2018ytd approximately 10% above 2017.
Also important – it appears the changes in the tax law regarding deductible mortgage interest has had no impact on home prices in Tahoe Donner.
